I am Chelsea Althoff the assistant principal at MSI & I am so excited to welcome you and your students to our community.
Attached and linked below you will find our flyer for our incoming 6th grade summer reading.
Submit your reading to the Google Form
We are asking that students submit 6 entries to the Google Form for summer reading throughout the summer.
There are 3 articles linked to the flyer that students must read to be prepared for unit 1 in 6th grade ELA. We ask that students choose one novel to read as well since our units are novel based. We have linked some suggested titles, but students can choose a different novel they are interested in.
If your student doesn’t have access to the internet to complete the Google Form assignment each week, please email me letting me know and I will send you the list of questions so students can submit them on paper.
